There are a number different hosting service providers who can assist you to create your own website. The two best are godaddy and bluehost.

Definetly check them out. If you want to create your own site you will need to go to a web developer who can set you up with your website. You will still need a hosting service to place you website on, also you will need to create a domain name for you website, ex www.domainname.com.
